September 20, 2017 – SONOS and Crestron have teamed up with SoundMachine to legally stream music in commercial installations, such as restaurants, retail stores, and doctor’s offices, which provides recurring revenue for dealers.
Thanks to this partner program, audio system installers, AV integrators, and contractors who work directly with Crestron will now be able to equip their customers with a full commercial music solution – covering all their needs while benefitting from the SoundMachine incentive program. Crestron partners can now join SoundMachine’s program directly from their webpage at this link, which is accessible from Crestron’s integrated partners section.
This partnership initiative positions SoundMachine as the number one service for commercial installers to completely cover the needs of their customers, both at a service quality level and also from a legal perspective.
SoundMachine has been available in Crestron through SONOS since 2015, covering more complex installations that require a control system to be properly managed.
Our team has been trained to assist all Crestron dealers and help them address any issue they may encounter, maximizing their customers’ satisfaction. Additionally, partners receive access to a specialized Partner Portal where they can keep track of users, add locations, and control their status as Partners.
If you are an audio system installer, AV integrator, or contractor, get in touch with us to learn all the benefits of our Partner Program by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Founded in 2008 by brothers Matteo and Daniele Luppi, SoundMachine brings commercial background music to the fore with a subscription-based service that gives business owners everything they need to create a seamless, engaging, and on-brand music experience in their stores, restaurants, hotels, spas, or other locations. Clients can choose from three levels of service, with all subscribers receiving full Public Performance licensing in the U.S. and Canada, access to SoundMachine’s collection of professionally curated playlists, and the ability to mix playlists to create the perfect audio backdrop, insert promotional messages, schedule different types of music for different times of day, and control music in multiple chain locations from a central account. Subscribers to the Enterprise plan can also request a custom playlist created specifically for their needs, and those who sign up for Business Premium powered by Napster receive access to an expanded catalog of millions of songs and hundreds of curated stations, along with the ability to create their own custom stations starting from a single artist or song, building a consistent mood. SoundMachine now serves more than 10,000 locations across several countries, with customers including major fashion luxury brands such as Loewe (LVMH Group) and La Perla; hotel, restaurant, and coffee shop chains; and thousands of medium to small businesses. SoundMachine partners include major telecom companies, such as Vodafone, as well as thousands of AV installers.
